But listen ..don’t cut down!! that is the worst you can do….it’s keeping Drug Monster alive. If smokers want to stop then why do something they want to stop doing, in a lesser way? The point is don’t be fooled by what you hear or have sen that cutting down is a good way. It’s NOT! While you are citting down you are still poisoning yourself. Dont be afraid. Nobody died from stopping smoking. I am the proof. Good luck

Anthany thankyou for this video man you are a god send im cutting down iv smoked since i was 13 and i started due to family problems and I do admit im addicted =[ im now 18 im going to follow your advice and I will quit thankyou again Anthony you give the people hope keep up the work man!
